I would love to have a recipe for Ma Lai Ko, like the one they serve at Hong Kong dim sum restaurant. Most of the recipes I found are for similar to steamed sponge cake without the distinctive aroma once can find in this cake in Hong Kong. Any help will be appreicated.

i would like to have a ma lai kohwhich is extremely soft. use dry yeast and egg. to have a honeycomb on the ma lai koh.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A MA LAI KOH RECIPE, WHICH IS SOFT & SPONGY WITH HONEYCOMB ON THE MA LAI KOH. I HAVE TRY BUT RESULT WAS LIKE NORMALY MA LAI KOH NOT SO SOFT AND SPONGY.
