US/French Expat family (married couple, small child, nanny) looking for a furnished 3-bedroom house or apartment with a small yard or garden within 15 minutes of town center.

Buda side preferred but all reasonable offers will be considered. Quiet, yard and access to public transport most important. Rental from 15 July to 15 October, possibly longer, deposit available.
