Myself and my colleague are looking to rent a house in Budapest for 9 months. We have been told by one agency that the will not rent any of their properties for less than a year which we believe in rather strange. Can anyone recommend an agent who may be able to help (and provide a website name).

The problem is commonly known. Most agencies do not deal with lease periods shorter than one year.(I wonder why). The company I linked offers flats for shorter terms, but I'm not sure if they list houses. Maybe it is worth a try.

This company dealing with apartmentrentals for short term too! Excellent apartment in Budapest's city centre. Representatives are very nice and helpful. The prices are very good.

I was in Budapest. I looked for perfect hotel for two week.I searched it for long time, when I found a good accomodation at Hotels Budapest
