I'm looking to meet fellow expats living in Iceland. I'm considering making a "meetup" group, but figured I throw this out there to see if there are any English speaking ex-pats out there who might be inerested.
Has anyone seen or been to any expat organizations or groups here in Iceland? I am an American wondering if there are more Americans here on this island.

I did the same thing in Uruguay... but I didn't ask... I just announced the name and place for a meeting and we didn't get a lot of people at first... but now have 20, 30 or more.

Hi we're from London 2 guys( a pair) french and going to Iceland in Juilly for a week.We're planning to settle down within a year.
Will be happy for a meet with people expat living in Reykjavik.
