Hi Maja,
This house is for sale, it is built in 1963 and is in excellent condiction (newly decorated). It is by the sea in Kopavogur in a quiet neighborhood only 7 KM from downtown Reykjavik. If you are interested please contact me by email.
The price is 380.000 euros fully decorated as shown on the pictures.
