i have got an offer from Etruscan Mining Inc, Ghana, and they are offering me $15000 as monthly payment,
pls advise if this is gud one..

You can be pretty sure it is fraud. The salary is too high. They will soon ask for visa and other fees (to be refunded when you get there of course).
Only problem there is no job, and no getting there... only getting your money!
