DEAR ALL X PATS AND NATIONALS LIVING IN INDIA I AM PLANNING A 3 MONTH TOUR OF INDIA AND WITH BEING ON MY OWN WOULD LIKE TO STAY WITH LOCAL FAMILIES FOR ONE TWO NIGHTS AS I TRAVEL. IS THERE ANY INFO ANYONE CAN GIVE ME. I AM HALF INDIAN AND WOULD LIKE TO FIND MY FAMILY IN CALCUTTA KOLKATA WHILE I AM THERE AS I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY OF THEM.I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW OF ANY MUST SEE DESTINATIONS AND AFFORDABLE HOTELS THAT WONT CHARGE ME FOR A DOUBLE ROOM. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 20 YEARS TO VISIT INDIA BUT WORK AND FAMILY CONMMITTMENTS PREVENTED THIS. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO HELP THE POOR IN SOME NON FINANCIAL WAY WHILE I AM TRAVELLING. PLEASE GIVE ME AMY INFO YOU CAN.

India is a big country . Over and above, calcutta is a huge

populated city. How can you find your family people until

you have some clue. Pl. collect some family details, then

U should plan a trip to India.
