Hi,

I bought a land @ NRI city, Sriperambadur. They told the registration document will be given with in 45 days. I haven't yet received it till now even though its more than 120 days.. When I tried to go to registration office to cross check, i found that the land isn;t registered in my name and that city square officials are giving false informations... Did any of you buy land in NRI city or have bought land from City square enterprises? If so, could you let me know if you have received the documents..? I am growing suspicious of the city square enterprises. Incase, if there are people here who have bought land @ this spot, we need to synchronise for better results..

what is the status of your registration documents, have you received it or not? i also bought a land from city square enterprise at NRI city centre last month only , they told me it will take a month to receive the documents.

My Name is Suresh, I also bought a plot in NRI city , Sriperumdur (Manur Village) in March 2008.Till now i haven't received the Land Docs. They said within 45days we will get the Documents but its been more than 9 months . Did any one facing the same problem?.. Whenever we call they say there is a problem in the Land registration office , pls wait ..pls wait..pls wait.......That's the answer.I am afraid ..

Can anybody facing the problem can u pls share ur experiences.What the reason they are saying, Who is the contact person there..and have u ever visited the plot after ur purchase.

One of my friend had purchased a land in a gated community promoted by this company. He had bought the land 5-6 months ago and paid the money. The land has been registered in his name and he is yet to get his original documents. When asked for the original documents, they feign ignorance and each one of them give a different account of why the documents have not reached the purchaser.

When approached the registrar office directly(they had to do some investigation), the documents have been registered and someone from the company has taken delivery. The director of the company stated that the document has not been registered yet and that the MD or someone higher up in the company is travelling and only when he/she is back, this will get done. The officials in the registrar office cautioned us that the documents could be rolled and the same land could be sold to another person. My friend has been asked to wait for a month to get the document.
