INDIAN CHILDREN versus NON-GOVERNANCE & DENIED JUSTICE

Sir/Madam,

I appeal to all citizens, to go through the attached MISSION DUE.DOC (in MSWord2003) and send this MISSION DUE.DOC file with your esteemed opinion to the Prime Minister of India. Join me (being the victim), to sensitize India’s development players & the Government.

Recently, I was vindicated by the Prime Minister, PMOffice, Planning Commission, World Bank, and Hon'ble Supreme Court of India (PIL). Since last one year, Hon'ble Delhi High Court is awaiting Government decission in this 17 yrs. old case, for (un-precedented) Final Order.

Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), expanded several fold since 1975. However, ICDS too has shortcomings, like any development programme. During 1984-1992, ICDS went through changes towards the better. In this direction in 1990, I was authorized by the Government to devise a better Monitoring and Evaluation mechanism for ICDS. Accordingly, Integrated Management Information System (IMIS) on ICDS was designed & developed, and was submitted in 1990, which was okayed. BUT, evil wishes in the Government and its offices scuttled all my efforts. In 1992, I was thrown out of Government pension-able Job as Deputy Director (Dismissed/Retrenched), Take my note, this IMIS-on-ICDS design is best till today, Having failed to get due redress from Government during 1992-1995, I approached Delhi High Court, New Delhi through Civil Writ Petition no. 1922 of 1995. This Petition is now awaiting final Court Order, viz., to compensate for more than 17 yrs loss of service salary & benefits, along with damages, including damages to my (& family) body-mind, status-dignity-honor in public etc..

For no fault, I and my family suffered INHUMANLY from 1992 till today without life-livelihood and Justice. My family of SIX did not perish, but fought-back in distress from 1992 till today with all kinds of support from Good Samritans. As a result, despite injustice & public humiliation, my family today has SEVEN Ph.Ds in Advanced Sciences from Internationally reputed Research Institutions. Whole lot of Indian Children had to suffer (like my children), with FAULTY DESIGN by the Government. Who cares Children and their well-being/welfare ???

Let every Indian Child live with "GOOD HOPE", SAVE HELPLESS INDIAN CHILDREN.
