Job Description

- Responsible for managing the reception desk, handling basic inquiries and attending to telephone calls

- Coordinating all office administration activities - facility management, local travel arrangements, housekeeping, distribution of incoming/ outgoing mails, courier services, internal mails, etc

- Guest Relations

- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience of handling Front Office and Administrative functions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office Applications and Internet tools

- Female, Age 23 - 30 years
