The apartment is facing south with a great view of Tehran. It also has windows on the sides facing the mountain. It has three bedrooms with 2 services (bathrooms), dual pane windows, stone flooring, fireplace, and wood cabinets in the kitchen. The aprtment has a covered parking and a storage room. The building comes with a large beautiful pool, jaccuzzi, two saunas (wet and dry), a conference room, two elevators, and a 24-hour security guard. The apartmrnt is rented until next spring but should not be a problem if it is sold now.
