One bedroom (plus lounge) in the popular, classy area of Baka.

This flat is on the 2nd floor of an older building. Apartment is older but in good

condition and fully furnished. It has all the furnishings and

appliances you will need - oven, fridge, table, chairs, couch,

wardrobe, bed, shelves etc - and we will supply the linens, dishes

etc for short term tenants.

It is a one minute walk to Emek Refaim with all its cafes, pool,

gym, supermarkets, shops and shuls. It is also a 5 minute walk to

Pardes and Ulpan Etzion and a 20 minute walk to the

center of town and the Kotel. There are several bus routes on

Emek Refiam to all parts of the city.

It is a light, airy flat and cool.

SHORT TERM: The rent is $30 a night for minimum 2 weeks. Other

prices for shorter stays available. Price includes everything

except long distance and mobile phone calls.

LONG TERM: $545 per month (utilities excluded)

AVAILABLE DATES:

June 1 till June 22

July 24 onwards (long or short term).
