I am in need of someone to sublet my apartment for me NOW. The lease goes until mid September. I pay 400 dollars a month. The apartment is fully furnished. Including the kitchen (forks knifes etc..). My room has a single bed, built in closet and built in desk. The closet has 2 levels and the desk has 5 book shelves and 4 drawers and a small pantry on the bottom left. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. There is also a balcony facing a garden. I have 2 roommates who are nice guys. One works professionally the other is an engineer in the army. There is already internet and cable hooked up. In the salon there is ac/heater. The outside area is very nice and was just fixed up by the city. Please contact Justin @054-636-8054. Please do not call on shabbat. My other roommates aren't religious.
