Any Marianne Williamson fans out there? NY Times bestselling author and international lecturer will be speaking in Rome this Wed, July 12 at St. Paul's Within the Walls from 7-10pm.

Marianne's lectures are not affiliated with any church or political party, and that's been the central core of her appeal.

She advocates "holistic" politics, suggesting that the healing of our political culture must begin within the heart of each individual. ""In every community, there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it."

She addresses all established religions in statements such as "You've committed no sins, just mistakes." She teaches love and common sense as all religions do, but she does so in the irreverent language of the Seventies and beyond, with often "racy" humor, grace and style.
