I AM A HCA IN LONDON WANT TO COME TO JAMAICA AND LIVE. HCA MEANS HEALTH CARE ASS I HAVE BEEN IN THIS WORK FOR OVER 7 YEARS NOW. OR IF ANYONE COULD TELL ME WHERE 2 LOOK THAT WOULD BE GREAT.
