My team is starting a business in United States, California. I found there are many laws and requirements in the U.S. I need a good accountant and lawyer to help us. The American lawyers in Tokyo are big firms and cost way too much. We are just little fish. I heard about www.fukudalaw.com and a few accountants near San Francisco. I need some good advice from experienced people.
