I have a fully furnished 200 sq. meter apartment in an excellent location in Dayr Ghibar. I am seeking interested tenants for annual rent. The apartment was previously rented by the UN and the WFP.

I would like to add that the apartment is located on the 4th floor and has an excellent view. In addition, the building is guarded by a police booth. Annual rent is JD 14, 000 furnished and JD 11, 000 unfurnished.
