Dear Sirs and Madams,
I am a PhD candidate conducting field research for my dissertation. My academic study deals with the correlation between commercial performance and English language proficiency among corporate branch offices in Kenya. In my former life I served as a corporate executive with several different multinational companies. I am looking for information; including prior studies that you think might have some relevance to my research. The object of my study is to identify key corollaries between linguistics and business performance within multinational branch offices in Kenya. My intentions are to design a single case analysis model which will then be subjected to cross-case analysis, exploring similarities and differences between two subject companies. All information of a sensitive nature will be kept completely confidential.
The resulting study will be subject to very rigorous academic scrutiny prior to being published. I value any suggestions you would be so kind to share with me.
