Hi,

I'm looking for a family and foreigners building to own a property in it, i prefer a reasonable size 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in a new nice building.

I need the apartment for two main purposes, 1st in short-term personal residence, 2nd as a long-term investing in it.

I prefer purchising the apartment from the landlord, not owner.

i need it around these areas: Bneid Algar, She3ib, Maybe salmeya if good location
