Is it common to have swimming pools with the villas for rent?

We are looking for villa in Umm Haiman or Wafra or any areas close to Iraq boarder.

i need a villa or appartment 4 master bedrooms a number of bathrooms, a normal or great view close to shops or supermarkets.

im looking for a a nice flat or villa that has a great place to live in, a place where kids can play, , , budget between 200 to 250.. we have lots of family who wanted to live in a villa...approximately around 5 to 10 families.. as much as possible near in salmiyah...

Please provide me 1 villa the location should be in salmiya or hawalli, , big sala accomodate 100 persons, 4 bed room, 4 toilet for religious gathering christian, every thursday and friday only, s regular day 10 person stayed from sunday to wednesday(thursday, friday, saturday}.

monthly from 450kd-600kd.
