The ESS E-exit developed for employee to easy separate from the organization. E-Exit development focus on resignation, abscond, VRS, Death and Termination. The E-exit process is when the employee initiate, goes to three managers approval, then with employee and HR interview forms and final confirmation to relived or retain. For each step the mail will be process for all others who are involved.
E-Exit has various phase of development area like E-Exit Tracker, Reports, and Analytics on E-Exit, Online Exit Interview forms. Exit Tracker tracks the employee exit status like where the process is hanging over, who need to take the next step, status of Exit. Analytics in visual composer on Exit is to give an overview on the Exit and in process in various areas like Division, gender, reason for exit, count on exit stages, functional exits, high impacts, etc.

The modification details of the employee will be request to the approver based on his approve the changes will be carried over. The mails will be triggered on each action carried on to the corresponding person involved.

When the HR manager approval, update in the Previous Employer (IT0023) or Education details (IT0022)

This Dash Board provides efficient way to control and monitor the employee needs and process. In turn helps to identify employee needs such as training assignment, appraisals, performances, manpower, qualification, yet-to-join candidates etc.
