We, Guangxi Nanning XCS Motor Co., Ltd (hereinafter called the XCS company), established in December 2002, is a nongovernmental professional manufacture and sales of motorcycle and spare parts authorized by the country, the registered capital is 20,000,000 yuan(RMB), the production capacity is 100,000 unit per year, the company became a subsidiary of Chongqing Yingang Science & Technology (Group) Co. by assets reorganization in 2004, has the ability to develop, manufacture and sell two-wheel motorcycle that the displacement is from 100cc to 150cc, ˇ°NANYIˇ± and ˇ°NANLINGˇ± brand are famous motorcycle brands in China and protected by China State Industrial and Commercial Administration.

In order to develop domestic market and make fully use of commercial advantages of Guangzhou, we register Guangzhou Nanyi Motorcycle Marketing Co., Ltd that is responsible for domestic market. Also we establish international trade department in Nanning in order to develop overseas market.

With 20 types of motorcycle and 10 types of engine licenses listed in the bulletin released by the National Development and Reform Commission, the company has been manufacturing motorcycle that are suitable for the market of China and all over the world for 4 years, all our products reach CCC (China Compulsory Certificate) and ISO 9001: 2000 standard and meet the Euro-II emission and noise rules, among them, ˇ°NS125ˇ± series products are especially designed by SUZUKI company according to characteristics of China market, these series products adopt the advanced oil-cooled technology and is equipped with 6-gear transmission, so these kinds of products are sold well in China. With the development of our company and the establishment of China-ASEAN free trade zone, we decide to enlarge our scale and develop oversea market, we have bought 120 mu field in the China-ASEAN economic zone and the new factory will be built up at the end of 2005, the designed production capacity reaches 200,000 unit per year.
