Hi,
I'm Italian but I been living in Thailand for the past year, i really will like to open or rent an exsisting restaurant in Vientiane. I will like to have some information about Visa, tax, any issue relating to this sort of business, and if you are aware of people that will like to rent a restaurant possible in the city center.
