Is hard to bealive that in 21century the local marriage prociding in Lao are so uneasy, hursh and very long , and can even take more then a year ,

how much ?? who knowns !!
many ladys in Vietnam and Thailand , hussle free, no problems, easy.
And in Thailand you are allowed to stay toghether even if you are only angaged and living under the same roof.

Yes, it's hard to process Lao marriage if you are foreigner marrying local lao girl. I am a lao woman who is married with a foreigner and it took me 5 months to be legally married and I spend over USD 1000 by hiring someone to do all the processing.
