We have a client who is looking for a commercial project investor who is interested funding a small hydroelectric power project (about USD9 million). There has been 6 months of work already gone into this with the Lao government already approve the project to go ahead. Power already pre-sold at excellent rates. The original Indian investor pulled out after the November crash. Relatively quite return considering the minimum useful life of the station to be more than 30 years. Detail of the partnership to valid enquiries and most likely be a direct contact with our office in Vientiane Capital.
