Hello, our lands (there is 2 right now) for sale on the Mekong. Appr. 20min. drive from downtown, downstream: Ban Kenyang. Lands are 3500 sqm, and 11500 sqm. Price is 950THB/m2. Road / electric / water is there. Call Ms.Vath on +856 20 552 6452 for more details.

I have a lot for sale in That Thong village, Vientainne. Total sqm is 14936 and it is next to the Lao National University Water resources Department. 6-8 km from the airport, 10-12 km from the inner city. The lot is a potenial to make housing apartments for the students since housing is not enough. The lot is 500m behind the univeristy. If interested please reply to asbpmp21@hotmail.com have photos. The asking price is 750-1100 baht per sqm. Buying partial is avaible
