My wife is a Lao National and we are wanting to purchase land in Laos. We are not in the country at the moment and hard to know what are the rules regarding foreign ownership of land. My wife has no idea about the legalities and process of property purchase in Laos. Can anyone help us out with some info. I note someone else asked the same question but I cant see any response.
