According to Laos's government law. If you are not citizen of Laos, you can only lease the land or property in Laos. Unless you wanted to buy them for your family members who is currently residing in Laos then in the future you can stay when them during your retire age

We really need let all you investors out there. We literally have hundreds of quality properties in Vientiane Capital (Laos) in our office databse system. Not to mention properties in other provinces. Please do call us if you are serious about investing in Laos.

I'd like to buy a small apartment in Vientiane. As a foreigner I'm intersted to buy an apartment in a Condominium, similair to Thailand. So, I don't need any Lao-Citizen-Partner for buying. I guess in Lao is the Law same to Thailand "more than 50% must be hold/owned by Lao-Citizenship. Means, in a Apartment-House owned by a Company, foreigner could buy an apartment!....??
