Looking for an apartment in Beirut for at least one year,

I will be in Beirut to make some visits in early August, but will need the apartment as of 1st of Sept

I'm thinking about something not to big, suitable for one or two persons - two rooms.

If big, then open space, loft like.

Either view or terrace, preferably view, I would have nothing against a sea view.

Not too far of, and preferably in, Hamra or Achrafieh.

Duration: probably at least one university year (Sept to June), but I might chave to move quickly in the middle of the year; so one year but with one month notice, and monthly payment preferably.

Unfurnished, but equipped kitchen if possible

AC, satellite dish, and Internet if possible (or at least possibility to install it).

Parking if possible.

1000 USD max
