You would be wise to contact a lawyer in Liberia to setup your business. Their paralegal and do all the legwork for you. You will need to send them about four passport size pictures to file with commerce and finance. The bost is between $450.00 and $750.00 US. Cooper and Tugba Law Firm and ask for Christine Sonphon who is very good in my opinion. I head back to Liberia on June 18. I am in and out these days.
