Dear Sirs, as Lithuanian (EU country) lawyer with specialization in Civil and Commercial Law, I do cooperate with some Lithuanian construction companies. The idea is to bring some big Lithuanian road construction, power supply maintaining etc. companies to do business in Libya by implementing some big infrastructure projects. However there is a lack of information about business opportunities, making investments, establishing of joint ventures (Mushtarakas), taxation etc. in Libya, so I need some help from experienced Libyan citizen. I hope we could create a valuable cooperation links between Libya and Lithuania.
