Hi,
I have moved to work in Libya for approx the next 6 years, so once my residency visa is through, I will need to buy a 2nd hand car, so can anyone suggest a good dealer ?

There are plenty of car dealers all over the city, same as Europe or the US. Depends what you want, a new Toyota Highlander goes for as little as around LYD 11, 000 but they start to fall apart after a week. Your best bet is try and buy a relatively new car being sold by an expat who is leaving. You're less likely to get ripped off buying a nail.
