Hi,

Might be moving to Libya. Just wondering what are the car purchase options for new cars? Do they offer car finance, or hire purchase such as in the West. The scheme I use in London is like this, for a new golf I pay a 10% deposit then they work out monthly payments over a 3 year period, after 3 years I can give the car back or buy it by paying the remaining value of the car, is this type of scheme available in Libya?
