Do people smoke in the workplace in Libya, ie offices and restaurants?

Western companies follow the normal policy of no smoking inside the building. Elsewhere smoking is generally unrestricted unless you see a no smoking sign. Imported cigs (Marlies) go for around LYD 25 a carton. Locally made cigs are rough, avoid.
