hey,

i have a 1 hectare in tagora, witch is at the end of the motor way and is near the beach, i also own a building company, my land is 20 mins from the city centre and is 10 mins from the beach, its 2 mins from the main road, supermarket is 5 mins walk and there are 2 european familys living next to my land.

you can desighn the home or i can giv a few designs and u can decide, u can also decide on the size of the land you want and it would take no more then 8 months to hav it ready, depending on the size.
