Hi, I am having an offer from one of the company in Luxembourg. They are offering 5000 EUR per month. I will come with my family(wife and 1 kid). My requirements: ** Single bed room unfurnished house ** Upper Middle class life ** Kid will go school - UKG. How much I need for a moderate life style and how much I can able to save per month with this 5000 EUR. This is very urgent and important. So, please reply to my mail gmkanth@yahoo.co.in soon. Hello my friend. That sound great and I wouldn't think it twice. The offered me 3000 euro gross and I think that is just the minimum for a decent life. Have you got any feedback?

I think that those 5000 (if they are brutto) are ok. Calculate some 1500 Euros for a house. After taxes you would net 3500 (check this for your self please). It depends on your live style.I earned 4200 brutto in 2000 and I was able to save a lot (single man with higher tax rate)...However Luxemburg is not a cheap country (housing etc) • Page 1 (Original Post) •
