I have been contacted by one of our graduates who wishes to teach in Macao. She recently graduated from Queens University of Brighton with links to ABMA Macau who is listed in USA Today as an unrecognised entity Can anyone give me an answer as to their status It would be wonderful to let the student know if their awards are recognised by the Goverment Education Dept Many Thanks President May Ling

Dear Dr Ling. Hi you say that USA Today says that ABMA and Queens University of Brighton are one are and the same.?????. Now from my understanding as a teacher in Asia there are two ABMA, s both similar sounding names one is the Association of Business Management Academics and the other is the Association of Business Managers and Administrators. I know that ABMA the first one is so confusing has links to trinity internationalcu.com and if Association of Business Management Academics have now tied themselves up with a well known degree mill according to the Education Forums this is rather sad and will only devalue their status. Hope this helps. Dr George Saunders APP1 (Australia) PS This and the Oregon State are good reference points http://en.wikipedia.org
