I'm a HK expat with 2 apartments for rent in Taipa. Both are very good condition & fully-furnished:

1) Duplex(2000sqft) - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sea/open view(lots of light), walk-in wardrobe & 24hr security

2) Studio(550sqft)- open concept, originally a show flat(modern furnishing), open view, new building & 24hr security

Both apts are close to restaurants & amenities, near Hyatt Hotel. If interested, I can mail photos or arrange for viewing.
