I've just recently renovated my 1, 500 sqft apt in Syringa Ct at Ocean Gardens, freshly painted, removed old carpet and replaced with brand new hardwood floors. Masterbedroom is huge! with plenty of storage space and view overlooking pool and mountain. I just bought a unit in La Cite on Macau Peninsula. The building and units are BRAND NEW. My unit has a gorgeous pool facing, 4 Bedrooms, about 1, 900 sq ft. The living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have pool views! Full clubhouse, tennis courts, gym, huge pool and even a bowling alley! No kidding.
