Being half Macedonian

Hello, My father died in 1995 and he was the Macedonian side of my family. I had only lived with him up until the age of five, but visited him yearly up until he pasted away, iam now twenty nine and find that i still dont know too much about being a macedonian, its some thing that has always botherd me i am part of this country yet no not how to speak the language or much about the culture my mother who is australian has always cooked some macedonian foods that she could remember from my bubba.my brothers and sisters all love this food but we all feel uncomfortable to present it at our party's or dinner's as when we tell people its macedonian one question leads to many more and as we dont no too much we end up feeling rejected by our lack of knowledge of a country we all can feel in our hearts. so i guess what iam doing here is trying to let macedonians know to reach out to half cast s who want to know more, take them in and show them the good, the bad, and any thing you can think of because at the end of the day we all feel this blood running through us and it is powerful! Iam sure you know this. I try to read as much as i can but books and internet can only teach so much. thank you lots of love Natasha Georgiadis.....

Are you half Australian or half Irish ? Is your Mums Maiden name Morgan? (Particia?) Do you have 2 sisters and 3 brothers ?
