I would like to receive in rent the real estate on Madagascar or to get, but as far as I know for the foreigners purchase practically it is impossible. The real estate is necessary for residing. Interests the real estate in cities taking place on coast. First of all TOAMASINA.

I would appreciate it, if anybody could give me any details about sugar factories in Madagascar, if foriegners are allowed to buy them, there rough cost and estimates.
