Hi
I have recently returned from Malawi and ate very traditional meals with the same foods daily ie rice, nsima, chicken, beef and greens. I am trying to re-create a typical Malawian meal as part of a fund raising event and wanted to find recipes that would be used in the daily preparation of these foods. Can anyone help?
