I am David an Indian Yoga Instructor.Have teching experienced more than5 years in different part of India and 6 months in China.I got National yogasana Championhips and paricipated in international Yogasana Championships.I start practicing Yogasana since 1980.I have completed

1 month Yoga Instructor course and 1 year PG Diploma in Yoga Therapy(sVYASA, Bangalore)

2 month Yoga Vedanta course(YVFA, sivananda Ashram , Rishikesh)

I have knowledge of Vivekananda, sivananda, satyananda, bikram(hot), I yengar, Ashtanga and Babaji Kriya Hatha yoga.
