BOROBUDUR TEMPLE TOUR

Borobudur temple is located 42 kilometers north-west of Yogyakarta and was

built in 8 century by Syailendra dynasty. More than 35.000. man power

involved in building the temple and was led by Gunadarma a genius

architect from India. More than 2 million block volcanic stone was moved

from Progo river into the site. The temple was built 4 century before the

greatest cathedral in Europe and 3 century before Angkor Vat in Camboja.

YOGYAKARTA TOUR
