Duties include:
Preparing detailed estimation of all items of work as per design & drawing for all types of construction works, Preparing the procurement for materials, Preparing monthly interim payment claims for client, monthly progress reports, COR¡¦s¡V Preparing weekly report, Preparation of the final account with Contractor.
2) Over One year of experience in Al-Futtaim Carillion Construction Company in Dubai. Worked as Q.S. in Quantity Surveyor Department for the project of Motor city Project near Autodrome in Dubai.

Value of Project : Dhs. 1.43 billion
Duties include:
Takeoff all architectural & Structural Quantity ¡V Preparing Interim Valuation work, Advising on costs during progress of work, estimating final costs. Preparation of the final account with Contractor.
3) Over 9 month of experience in Armonia Estate (LEPTOS Group Of Company) which is well known in construction business in Cyprus.
From 10-05-2006 to 27-12-2007.
