University of Malta to continue our education

I am planning to move to Malta from the USA in Oct, 08. I'm hoping it will be a good experience and the right thing to do, but I'm exhausted from all the preparations--setting up a bank account, trying to get health insurance, getting my cat there, etc. I think more and more Americans are finding out about beautiful Malta. Is that good or bad, do you think?
