WANTED TO BUY HOME UNDER $25, 000. WITHIN 1.5hr OF BRANDON/WINNIPEG OR PLP.Must have connected usable basics such as water/hydro/sewage and heat in working condition.No mold, leaks or wet/damaged basements.Prefer !.5 or 2 story without CLOSE neighbours or isolated property or small acreage.In town is okay also if negihbours arent too close.In a very low populated town alright also.If vendro would hold @year mortgage with $4000. down all the better but not neccessary.Would go higher in price if vendor held mortgage if it was right home.Please send info and photos to dzsmiths@msn.com
