We are changing the way of the future in dismattiling houses. Most builders uses a demolition crew to wreck old or existing buildings. This needs to stop, we are losing a lot of good reusable building material. We need to plan for the future, and recycle the goods that these old buildings have. Demolition is out and deconstruction is in. We know that demolition is the fastest way to take down a building, but it destroys everything that can be reused or recycled. Deconstruction is a better way to get better use out of the house thats being taken down. We take the house apart from the inside out, recycling all the reusable building materials. I am interested in contacting a firm that could do deconstruction in small scale (renovation of a basement bedroom and bathroom) and reuse the materials, some of them in very good shape.
