I am trying to locate any information about an artist by the name Paul S. Knowles of Boxford, Mass.

I have an amazing item from what appears to be somewhere around the 1900's and is a beautiful humming bird hand painted on a 6" x 6" white tile. It has been custom framed in the same time period in a heavy wooden routed frame and on the back is a small paper that looks just like the tags that people put in their personal library books that says

DESIGNED & HAND MADE

BY

PAUL S. KNOWLES

BOXFORD, MASS.

all of the paper on the back seems consistant with the turn of the 20th cent.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
