Hello, I'm a 47 year old owner of a establish sign and graphic design company in Eureka, California and am seeking business opportunities in Puerto Vallarta. I have 25 years experience in fabrication of wood, metal, fiberglass and painting involved in the custom fabrication of various graphic display mediums. Most of my work involves selling, designing, fabricating and installing my own concepts. I specialize in new business graphic renovations for corporate sign idenities for all types of business, restaurant, retail and logo design. I use Photography, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for most my initial proposals and design review applications. I am a Ca. State contractor for signs and graphic display installation. I endeavor to leave California to spend the rest of my life in Puerto Vallarta and to start my own business but would prefer to offer my talent to an existing sign or graphic company. I have worked in many sign companies as Forman and in managerial positions before starting my own buisness. I speak little Spanish and I am attending language courses now and speaking with my fiance in PV helps considerably since she speaks no English. Feel free to contact me: Danny Dullanty - Owner: Palapa Man Media Signage 707-599-8444 or email: dullanty@gmail.com

I have owned a sprinkler and landscape business in Boise Idaho since 1972. We are a comparitively small company with npo more that 7-8 employees. Because of our small size and longevity in the industry, virtually all of the work we do is residential with about 95% referral. My wife and I have travelled to Puerto Vallarta several times in the past 7 years, and have decided that it is where we want to relocate to. We have 2 boys, ages 7 and 10 that we want to enroll in the American School in PV. My goal is to find a small bar/restaurant somewhere in the PV area. I am not looking for anything extravagant, as like most of the landscapers in the US, I don't have a lot of money. Just something that I can work at in a semi-retirement mode. I want to have something in place by the end of 2009, if possible.

I have a restaurant in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, on thre Caribbean Coast, if you are interested in changing locations. It is in the city center, and has a beautiful garden environment only two large blocks to the beach (10 minutes walk) I have lived here ten years with my ten year old and we love it. For more information my partner and I have put together a PowerPoint Presentation I can send you if you are interested. The restaurant has 50 seats now, with room to expand. Cost is $60, 000 US and $5000 US per month, free rent to end of November 09. Thank you, Karen Clark

I have a well-established bakery and catering business in Puerto Vallarta. I would like to sell the bakery or both, depending on the buyer. I have not established a price yet, but if there are interested buyers I can give them information.

Owner is retiring. Profitable with good location, one block from beach and on a busy street with high foot traffic. Qualified buyers only please. US $60, 000 includes all fixtures and inventory. I am not the owner, just a friend helping out who is on the internet more. Respond to phil.ake@staff4u.com

How much is rent to live in a nice place How do you go about owning a business..........what about health care we could only stay for 6 months and then its back to Canada to keep our healyth care here.
